About Me

Carrie
A native Marylander, I live in the outskirts of D.C. with my husband, where I'm well situated to Baltimore, Annapolis and DC. I'm a writer and editor with a strong environmental background, and I've been covering sustainability, energy and environmental stories for newspapers, magazines and online journals. I wrote my first serious environmental piece at age 15 about oysters in the Chesapeake.
